Who We Are
VisaPortal is a service-oriented association of immigration lawyers that was established to offer general guidance and specific legal services on matters related to U.S. immigration laws to intending family and business immigrants and nonimmigrants.
The lawyers associated through VisaPortal are experienced practicing attorneys. They are well known in their communities for their commitment to excellence and high ethical standards. Their experience in Immigration matters is broad and their past clients include corporations and individuals in the United States and throughout the world.
The lawyers of VisaPortal are united in the belief that the practice of law remains a service and the personal relationship that must exist between a lawyer and his client is central to the effective delivery of that service.
VisaPortal aims to provide an efficient and friendly service to the highest standards. This aim demands not only professional excellence from our lawyers, but an understanding of each client's individual needs and the application of our skills to meet those needs. For business immigration clients, we expect our lawyers to have an intimate knowledge of the clients' businesses and the commercial context in which those businesses operate.
Our Vision
The Lawyers of VisaPortal share a vision of the modern world in which the United States through the development of democratic and egalitarian institutions can serve as a model of a truly global community where people of all races and creeds live and work together in a true "melting pot" of peoples and cultures.
In the business context, we are dedicated to the global free movement of workers, professionals and businessmen.
