How to place an order Orders are accepted via e-mails or personal visits. Orders should be sended on adress: foram@vp_pl Order should contain: Customers personal details: name, surname, detailed adress, phone number ATTETION! ORDER MUST CONTAIN PHONE NUMBER! Informations about painting: Number of painting from gallery, comments about painting colour and informations about not standard painting size. If size is not given, painting will be made in size that is seen in gallery (or in size of painting, which serve as model for painting that will be made) Informtions about shipping: If you want the painting to be sent to other adress than is given in peronal details, you should mark it in your order and give the adress to shipment. If you don’t mark that painting should be send to other adress it will be sent to adress that is given in personal details. You should determine the form of receipt the painting (personal receipt or shipment) Informations about payment: In order you should determine the way of payment that you prefer. If you don’t determine this, transfer money from a bank account will be accepted. Other informations: There is possibility to make out an invoice for painting. In that way will be needed supplementary personal details: NIP, REGON, company name, company adress and company phone number to contact. Remarks: Time of the completion of an order takes 14 days. If transef money from a bank account, shipment come after entering payment on account. We don’t bear responsibility if painting will be sent on wrong adress because of the client guilt. An order is considered as an accepted one at the moment of entering the orders list (up to 24 hours from receiving) If an order does not have all the needed informations (personal details, phone number, way of receipt), it wont be realized. If painting will be damaged during transoprt and/or receipt painting variance with expectations/description, please contact by e-mail or phone. Complains are examined indiwidually. Dane dotyczące obrazu: Numer obrazu z galerii, uwagi dotyczące zmian kolorystyki obrazu oraz dane dotyczące niestandardowego rozmiaru obrazu. Jeśli rozmiar nie jest podany, obraz zostanie wykonany w takim rozmiarze jaki widnieje w galerii (lub w wymiarze obrazu, który posłużył za wzór do obrazu który ma być wykonany) Dane dotyczące wysyłki: Jeśli obraz ma być wysłany na inny adres, niż podany w danych osobowych, należy zanzaczyć to w zamówieniu i podać adres do wysłki. Jeśli nie zostało zaznaczone, że obraz ma zostać wysłany na inny adres, zostanie on wysłany na adres podany w danych osobowych. Należy również określić formę odbioru obrazu (osobista lub przesyłka) Dane dotyczące płatności: W zamównieniu należy określić preferowany sposób płatności. W przypadku uszkodzenia obrazu podczas transportu i/lub otrzymania obrazu niezgodnego z wymaganiami/opisem prosimy o kontakt mailowy lub telefoniczny. Reklamacje rozpatrywane są indywidualnie.
